I moved South and experienced hockey withdrawal after growing up watching NHL hockey in the North. I am thrilled that the Road Warriors are now here, allowing me to introduce my sons to the sport. Just a few days before the game, we managed to secure tickets three rows from the ice, behind the players' bench, at a fraction of the cost of NHL tickets. We have been fortunate enough to sit close to the players, witnessing their interactions with young fans, from tossing pucks before the game to high-fiving them on their way to the locker room. The drive to the Bi-Lo Center and parking were both hassle-free. I really hope that the sport gains more local popularity and that the area can continue to support this team in the long run. Our only hiccup was encountered when attempting to purchase tickets online from Ticketmaster. The website did not permit us to select 5 seats in the same row, necessitating a phone call and ticket pickup before the game.
